Service Centre Manager
Arne joined CDS in January of 2007 bringing extensive commercial experience in the Accounting world. He has held previous positions in both Public Practice and Private Industry, ranging from Chartered Accountants, to various Financial Controller roles in SME's. In his 20 years of experience in the business world, Arne has also gained some valuable knowledge in Dealership Accounting. As our Service Centre Manager, Arne's eye for detail and disciplined approach to tackling workloads, as well as his extensive experience in management reporting and troubleshooting Accounting issues, are valuable attributes that contribute strongly to his role at CDS
Technical Services Manager
Serving the CDS customer base diligently since the 1990's, Richard's broad technical knowledge and understanding of the industry forms a strong basis across the entire CDS product range. Ensuring customers benefit from the latest in constantly evolving technology, Richard works closely with the dedicated technical support team to ensure that the CDS customer experience is leading the way within the market place. Richard's open mind and ability to turn ideas into working solutions makes him an invaluable asset to the CDS team and more importantly, to it's customer base.
One of our very important cogs at the centre of our organisation is Kellee. With a friendly but firm demeanour, Kellee ensures that all of CDS's internal and external suppliers and customers are all adhering to company policy. She assures the ongoing integrity of CDS with her attention to detail, and diligence in the pursuit of producing results.
Customer Service and Support Representative
Kim joined CDS in May 2007 and brings with her over 17 years of motor industry experience. With previous ITK, BTW and OVU experience at the dealership level, we were delighted to welcome Kim to the CDS team and in her short time with us has proven an invaluable asset. Kim's journey with CDS begins in the position of OVU supervisor where she oversees the support effort of over 800 dealerships that upload vehicle data for presentation on various leading automotive advertising websites including their own. In the months to come, Kim will be spending time becoming conversant with the technical intricacies of the Behind the Wheel and In the Know Online products before returning to Sydney as one of our Field Services team.
Application Services Consultant
We welcomed Rachel to our ITK team in 2011, and she brings with her motor dealership and management accounting experience, along with an unparalleded enthusiasm. Many of our customers are already benefiting from her diligence as she quickly attains her expertise status in ITK and ITKonline.
